I’m a Research Assistant in the Computer Science Department at the University of Houston, working under Dr. Peizhu Qian on multimodal AI and wound classification systems. As a Google Summer of Code 2025 contributor with the Scala Center, I enhanced LLM4S an open-source LLM tracing and monitoring framework. I specialize in pre-training transformer architectures from scratch, building RAG pipelines, and designing multi-platform AI agent systems. From building a 164.6M-parameter Gemma 3 model to shipping a self-hosted AI assistant with 24+ MCP tools, I turn research ideas into working systems.
